Launch Marketing Solutions provides branding, marketing strategy, design, and white-label services. The scope and pricing of services will be outlined in a written agreement or proposal provided to each client.

Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due upon receipt. Late payments may incur additional fees. We reserve the right to pause or cancel services for non-payment.

All original content, designs, and deliverables created by Launch Marketing Solutions remain the intellectual property of Launch until full payment is received. Upon receipt of payment, rights to the final approved work will transfer to the client as outlined in the project agreement. Drafts, unused concepts, or rejected materials remain the property of Launch Marketing Solutions.

Clients agree to provide timely feedback, materials, and approvals to keep projects on track. Delays in feedback may impact timelines and final deliverables.

Due to the custom nature of our work, refunds are not typically provided once a project has started. If you need to cancel, please reach out as early as possible to discuss options.

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, including attempting to access private information or engaging in spam or malicious activity.

Launch Marketing Solutions is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services or website.

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our site or services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
